SPORTS
about SPORTS
white is the space before the story
begins.
the blank page.
the inhale before movement.not innocence as silence,
but as potential.
SPORTS moves away from the idea that
femininity should make itself smaller, softer or easier to carry. this
collection was shaped around the female body as capable, expressive and alive.
strength not as performance, but as presence.
the mood
cotton against skin. breath moving through the ribs. muscle memory.
repetition.
rhythm.
the body learning itself through movement. we are taught to think discipline should make us disappear.
thinner.
quieter.
more acceptable.
but the body is not a problem to solve. it is a landscape of experience, intelligence and adaptation.
SPORTS is about inhabiting that body
fully.
allowing it to take up space.
to support.
to carry.
to begin again.
like water, strength exists in many
forms.
softness and power are never opposites.
this collection was inspired by feminine
physicality in all its complexity: the ritual of training, the intimacy of
white cotton, the stillness before action, the pleasure of becoming stronger
through repetition.
not perfection.
practice.
not submission.
self-possession.
